2017 TX Wing Fall CTEP/TLC

Cadet Training and Education Program (CTEP) & Training Leaders of Cadets (TLC) are twice a year training events, Spring and Fall. CTEP allows cadets to gather additional training to become more effective as leaders within their squadron. TLC is for senior members only, and is an excellent tool for learning the best ways for seniors to integrate with the cadets, regardless of the type of event being worked. TLC is also required for a senior rating in the cadet programs track.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is recommended as this is proof that you have registered and paid for the event, however, it is not required.

What is the refund policy?
100% refund (minus Eventbrite Fees) up until the day of the deadline (15 September 2017).
No refunds will be given after the deadline.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
A copy of the Equipment List is posted at http://www.texascadet.org/fall-ctep.html.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You will not be able to transfer your registration/ticket to future Texas Wing CAP activities.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
If the name on the registration/ticket does not match the attendee, contact Maj Lamphear at texasctep@gmail.com. Often, the parent registering the cadet ends up using their own name instead of their cadet's name.

Should I have all of my uniforms, hats, T-shirts & underwear, towels and sleeping bag, as well as any additional equipment I'm bringing to the event marked?
It is highly recommended; use an indelible dark "Sharpie" to put either your last name or CAP ID on everything.
